Danny is a firm believer in one on one approach to teaching. Yes you get a lot from a clinic, but it is mostly an overview and will not have the same impact as riding 1, 2, 3, 4 times a week with a trainer. Even if it is once a month, whatever your times allows. This is why Danny tries to keep his clinic's to one or two riders at a time.
Danny feels that most people do not understand what exactly it is they are asking of their horse. He will help you define those terms. As in life, most problems can only be solved once a line of communication has been opened.
Danny will teach you to speak horse! He will help you define terms, speak horse, and then gain great strides toward your goals. Whether your goal is as difficult as an Advanced 3 day or as simple as getting your horse to load on the trailer for the first time.

Danny has always had a knack for working with and riding difficult horses. Danny's first pony would have been thought to be difficult but his father made him learn to deal with her. Eventually he had success to the point of showing and fox hunting.
In all Danny's years of working and riding race horses his ability to ride and handle the "more difficult" ones gave him the opportunity to develop skills. This didn't happen in one day, it developed by working along side the great trainers of our time.
