Warrington Eventing is proud to announce that we have returned to Fulshear Equestrian Center in Fulshear, TX for another winter of training and competing! We arrived on October 23rd and plan to leave for home around the first week in April 2013.
Our competition plans for the end of this year include the USEA event at Pine Hill and the TX Rose horse trial in November and then the Pine Hill schooling show the first weekend in December. We hope to see you there!
Danny will be teaching at FEC every day this winter in addition to Pine Hill on November 13th, 27th and December 4th for 2012. Pine Hill 2013 dates were just updated to our online calendar. Danny will also be available for lessons over the Thanksgiving holiday. But as a reminder he will be out of town from December 9th- December 29th. We are able to schedule lessons through Saturday December 8th and then start back up with training for the new show season on Sunday December 30th.
FEC is also extremely pleased to announce that the water, bank and ditch complex are completely finished and ride great! This was a massive project for the farm in 2012 and we are so excited that the facility continues to grow each year as planned. One of this winters projects includes building portable xc fences to be able to place in and around the complex to simulate any type of question that you would see at a horse trial.
If you are interested in lessons at the farm please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or for teaching availability.
Warrington Eventing has returned to Maryland for the remainder of the 2012 competition season before heading back to Texas for another winter! After a long drive around the coast, all horses are enjoying the lush MD grass and prepare for Fair Hill horse trials April 20-22.
Danny and Asia are both returning to teach clinics in TX from April till September before our return for another winter in TX November 1st.

Fulshear Equestrian Center Announces Danny Warrington as Head Trainer
Fulshear Equestrian Center brings Advanced-level Eventer and Trainer to their facilities in Southeast Texas
Fair Hill, MD - October 10th, 2011-Advanced-level eventer and trainer Danny Warrington announces a unique opportunity to train and board in Southeast Texas at Fulshear Equestrian Center.
Fulshear Equestrian Center is located at Canaan Ranch on a gorgeous 80-acre farm in rural Fulshear, Texas. It is a 31- stall facility with a large indoor arena and heated viewing room, large outdoor sand arena, large outdoor grass arena, indoor round pen, equicizer machine, paddocks with run-in sheds, irrigation, cross-country course, miles of bridle paths, and ride-out options.
"The facility is absolutely top-notch. The Equestrian Center and the amenities it offers is something you dream about. Fortunately, it has become a reality. It offers everything you can think of in order to make training horses a luxury," Warrington said.
The Fulshear Equestrian Center is an ideal location to escape from the harsh winters in the Mid- Atlantic. It enables the training of the horse to continue without the weather-induced barriers the Mid-Atlantic winters bring. The average temperature of the winters in Fulshear,TX is mid 50's to 60's.
"When building the Equestrian Center, we put a strong focus on the quality of the facility rather than the quantity in order to create a top-of-the line training center, rather than simply a boarding barn. The facilities and amenities that the center offers are extremely conducive to training horses year-round," says Fulshear Equestrian Center owner, Kelly Stanka.
The Equestrian Center is located in close proximity to Houston and San Antonio where schooling jumper shows, combined tests, and dressage shows are readily available.
Danny Warrington will be at Fulshear Equestrian Center full-time from November 1st through April 15th. He will be available for teaching, training, and clinics throughout his extended stay. He will head back to the East Coast in April to compete and train from his home location in Fair Hill, Maryland. However, Warrington will return to Texas once a month from May to November to continue teaching and training with his clients on the Gulf Coast.
"One of the biggest benefits of wintering at the Fulshear Equestrian Center in Texas rather than wintering in the Southeast is you are much more able to focus on the complete training of the horse rather than having to be caught up in the high pressure environment of the Southeast. The focus is entirely on the horses and the students and less on what the other advanced-level trainers are doing next door," says Warrington.

We are going to Texas for the winter!!!! Our plan is to depart after Thanksgiving and return home some time in April. Will Smith, Classico Z, Saratoga, Guiness St. James and a sale project named Monkey, will all be making the journey southwest. Three other horses are tentatively scheduled to join us and are working out trip details.
It is great having friends and clients located throughout the country; this comes in handy when long trips are being planned. 12 hours to GA to stay at Jacel Galloway’s farm and teach a couple lessons while in GA. Then the last 12 hours to Kelly and Josh Stanka’s farm in Fulshear, TX.
Our training program will be based in Fulshear, while teaching lessons on the farm, offering horse sales as well as traveling off the farm for clinics. Danny will also be coming home to MD teach once a month throughout the winter, keep checking the website for the list of weekends.
We are very excited about our new winter plan!!
Finishing the season at Waredaca at the end of October marked the close to a successful 2010 competition year.
While 2010 has led to many up's and down's throughout the year with the string of horses, one thing has remained the same.....all of the continual support displayed by our clients, owners, friends, and family. We thank you very much and would not have this caliber of business if it wasnt for all of you! Will Smith will be returning to competition in the summer of 2011 and Classico Z is prepping for his prelim year. Good luck to all of us in 2011!!
Warrington Eventing would like to congratulate their two students, Nicholas Hansen who passed his C3 riding and Winter Brown who is now a D3 in Pony Club. Keep up the good work!!
Job well done to all Warrington Eventing students at the AEC's in September. Congratulations to Nicholas Hansen and Grand Cru on their 3rd place finish in the Junior Training division out of 51 starters.
To Danny and Classico Z on their 1st place finish in the Open Training division at the Cosequin Stuart Horse Trials on July 15-18, 2010 out of a field of 20 horses. Also their 5th place finish in June at Groton House Farm in the Prelim/Training division should not go unnoticed…..only 2.7 points separated 1st- 7th place, and Stinky was the only one in his division to show jump clean and have a double clear round!! Please visit www.classicozeventing.com to learn more about Stinky. Photo Credit: Kym McCleerey, thank you!
Good luck to all 8 horses and students traveling to compete at Millbrook Horse Trials on August 5th-8th !!!!
